Suffering from Low Back Pain? Low back pain is a very common condition, especially in today’s society where we spend prolonged periods of time sitting and less time staying active. Although low back pain seems to have escalated in recent years, Vallfors (1985) stated that low back pain was the leading cause for absence from the workplace in the 80's. It has also been reported over decades that low back pain was the second most common reason for visiting a doctor (Cunningham 1984; NCHS 1975; Andersson 1977). So if you have your low back pain for a very long time, don't worry this is also common and we can still help.

Exercises, have they worked for you? If your answer is no, then please don't worry. Although we will likely give you some exercises to do at home or at the gym, this is not the only thing we do for Low Back Pain. Exercises are also incredibly hard to get right for both patient and therapist, this is why we use an amazing new exercise system called Physitrack.
Types of treatment We treat and improve lower back pain using a combination of the following techniques:
Get your back, back to normal We are a clinic that treats sports injuries, but we don't want you doing cartwheels, backflips or any other crazy movements (unless that's your goal). We just want to get you back to where you want to be, which is usually a state of normality. Getting you back to normal is our one and only goal.
