When constantly flooded with stress, the body goes into a negative state. This results in the breaking down of 'good' complex molecules into simpler ones and this process drains a lot of our vital energy. If we are reaching near maximal stress levels at work whilst seated, this can hard-wire us into having a very poor posture.
If we begin to improve our posture, our body is then able to transmit stress equally throughout the body. This will make our bodies more resilient to every day stress and decreases the chance of chronic pain through poor posture and disease due to stress.
