⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I went to Murray for a sports massage to help with my weightlifting training. I had some hip pain and reduced mobility when lifting heavy, as well as general tightness. Within one session my hip mobility improved massively and am now able to squat and deadlift pain free. I’ve been hitting personal records with much greater ease, so he has had a great impact upon my performance. I’ve just been back to him a second time to work on other areas in need of improvement, and the proof is in the lifting!! An almost immediate improvement in my performance. He put me at ease with his friendly and approachable manner. Such a worthwhile addition to my training, and worth every penny!" This is a Google Review
