Suffering from Knee Pain? Like other types of pain, knee pain and injury is very common, so if you are having troubles with your knees, you are certainly not alone. There are many potential causes of knee pain, which makes visiting an injury clinic a very good idea. At our clinic, we regularly assess, identify and treat knee pain with most of our patients improving significantly after 3-4 visits. Whether we your knee pain is a sharp pain from a recent injury or a long-term ache, we can pave the way to your improvement and take the guessing and worry out of the picture. Although research has shown knee and hip pain is more prevalent in those 65 years old or older (Frankel, 1999), the knees can become painful at any age for multiple reasons. So regardless of your age, there is very rarely a serious reason to worry.

Exercises, have they worked for you? If your answer is no, don't worry. Although we will give you some exercises to do at home or at the gym, this is not the only thing that we do for Knee Pain. Exercises can also be incredibly hard to fit into a busy schedule, this is why we use an amazing new exercise system called Physitrack.
