• We are regrettably not accepting most insurers such as Axa, Bupa, or other private health insurance patients.​​
• Please note that we do accept patients with Health-shield, Medi-cash and similar receipt-based schemes.

• A minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment is required:​

• Visiting due to pain or an injury? You should book for Physio/ Sports Therapy. 

• Haven't been before? Book for a one-hour session.
• Require help for a minor ache or an exercise recovery treatment? You should book for Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage.
