• We are regrettably not accepting most insurers such as Axa, Bupa, or other private health insurance patients.​​
• Please note that we do accept patients with Healthshield, Medicash and similar receipt-based schemes. 
• We now accept Vitality patients. 

  Cancellations

• A minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment is required.
  
• Please understand that small businesses really need this to be respected, ​​
• We withhold the right to charge a mandator fee of session price for cancellations that fail to meet our requirements. ​

   Booking Advice

• Visiting due to pain or an injury? You should book for Physio/ Sports Therapy. 

• Haven't been before? Book for a one-hour session.
• Require help for a minor ache or an exercise recovery treatment? You should book for Deep Tissue/ Sports Massage.
