How we work:
We treat you individually based on your own posture, work circumstance and lifestyle. We help with hands-on treatment including massage and acupuncture (dry-needling) as well as evidence-based rehab programs with tailored advice aimed at breaking the the chains of repetition which lead to your pain or discomfort.
Although we pride ourselves on our hands-on treatment, we aim to get lasting results with as little treatment sessions as possible. Our patients become more capable of managing and improving their work-life balance and making discomfort less frequent or a thing of the past.
