Our Physio/ Sports Therapy session is a treatment for choice musculo-skeletal problems which is continuously growing in popularity. It's not just for sports injuries or athletes. Our specialists are excellent with all general musculoskeletal conditions and know how to facilitate a fast, lasting recovery.
At our clinic, you will either see a registered BSc (Hons) Sports Therapist or a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapist. Our team are experienced and expertly skilled at helping you with pain and injury.
We empower you with the knowledge and understanding of your injury or pain. This means that although you may visit us for initial help, you will never feel dependant on us to keep improving. You will learn more and more from us each visit, as your symptoms improve, until you feel confident enough to manage your injury independently with the offer of a continued prevention program and communication with your designated therapist. If you would like to have regular ongoing treatment, that can also be tailored to your individual requirements.

When should I choose this treatment?
You should book in for Sports Therapy when you are suffering from a continuous ache, pain or similar issue such as this. If you feel you have struggled in the past in finding the right treatment, we feel for you and hope to help you feel better as quick as possible. You should also choose this treatment type if you have recently injured yourself (e.g sprained ankle, strained muscle). If you are a regular sports person then a Sports Therapy session is also recommended as it is the most effective method of injury prevention we provide.
